CANCELLATION AND POLICIES

At Amara Studio, we value your time and our team’s time. To ensure all clients receive the best possible service, please read and acknowledge our cancellation policy:

Beauty Services (Lashes, Brows, Facials, etc.)

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will incur the full service fee.

Cosmetic Tattoo / Permanent Makeup Services (Brows, Lips, Eyeliner, etc.)

Due to the extensive time and preparation required for PMU services, we require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations or no-shows for PMU services will incur the full service fee.

Multi-Session Treatments

Some services, such as lip neutralising or corrective PMU, require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result.
Discontinuing a multi-session treatment early is not considered treatment failure, and fees for booked sessions still apply if proper notice is not given.

Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Amara Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
We reserve the right to enforce this policy to protect our team’s time and maintain a fair booking system for all clients.
